Installation and use of plate crusher
When installing the plate crusher, first level the foundation with a level, check whether the size of the embedded bolts corresponds to the actual size of the equipment, and then lift the equipment for installation and fastening; install the control box at the predetermined position.
After the installation of the plate crusher, the motor power supply shall be connected according to the rotation of the toothed roller in the working chamber. the toothed roller is generally engaged in opposite directions without special requirements for the rotation. all bearings shall be lubricated and all parts of the equipment shall be checked for stability.
If there is no problem after the inspection, we need to run in now. press the start button and stop button. when there is no abnormality in the rotation of each part, it can be put into no-load operation. the test run time shall not be less than 4 hours, during which visual inspection shall be conducted. check the equipment by hearing and touch. the equipment shall start smoothly and operate reliably without special noise. the bearing temperature shall not exceed 65 ℃ and the temperature rise shall not exceed 30 ℃ after 4 hours of startup. after 4 hours of no-load operation, the installation works of the equipment shall be accepted, and then the equipment can be operated with materials. continue to observe the operation of the above-mentioned items, and put them into normal production after everything is normal.
